The Powerware PDU may be mounted in either a ZeroU or 1U configuration. With up to 12 output receptacles to distribute power within the rack cabinets, the new Powerware PDU was designed to be fully compatible with most single phase rackmount UPS's. These units are also compatible with other manufacturers' equipment. With standard rack cabinets and flexible mounting options, Powerware PDU's allow you to reserve your rack and floor space for critical computing hardware.

Featuring standard surge and spike protection, the new Powerware PDU provides line-to-line and line-to-ground protection for connected equipment. Additionally, individual circuit breakers protect outlet groups or load segments. This approach increases the overall availability by ensuring that an overloaded circuit will not affect other load segments.

Compatible with a variety of Powerware equipment, the Powerware PDU installation process is quick and easy. All required mounting brackets, cord retention hardware, jumper cables, accessories, and installation instructions are shipped with the product for either ZeroU or 1U mounting. Covered by a two-year limited warranty, the Powerware single-input PDU is available in both high and low-voltage models.
